70% of our planet is underwater! Diving is therefore an excellent gateway to this beautiful, still largely unexplored world. Do you need more reasons to start your underwater adventure?
If you want to fully and safely explore aquatic environments on your own, the Open Water Diver course will be the first step, giving you international certification to start this adventure. During the course, you will gain comprehensive knowledge about diving and the underwater world. You will acquire skills that will allow you to consciously and safely navigate underwater up to a depth of 18 meters.
Prerequisites
• minimum age: 15 years
If you haven’t reached the minimum age, you can enroll in the Junior Open Water Diver course (from 12 years old)
• basic swimming skills
• medical form
Before starting the course, you must fill out a medical form or present medical examinations confirming no contraindications to diving.
What awaits you during the Open Water Diver course?
DIGITAL LEARNING
After starting the course, you will receive access to the training platform where you can, in the comfort of your own home, familiarize yourself with the theory related to your course, take quizzes, tests, watch instructional videos, and much more. At the end, your instructor will discuss all your questions and mistakes made during the online lesson or during a scheduled meeting.
ZAJĘCIA BASENOWE
Spotkania praktyczne na kursie Open Water Diver rozpoczynają się od zajęć na basenie, lub w płytkich wodach basenopodobnych. Dzięki temu w bezpiecznych i kontrolowanych warunkach Twój instruktor krok po kroku nauczy Cię jak poprawnie przygotować sprzęt nurkowy oraz nauczy Cię wykonywać ćwiczenia nurkowe niezbędne do tego abyś mógł świadomie i bezpiecznie przystąpić do zajęć na wodach otwartych.
ZAJĘCIA NA WODACH OTWARTYCH
Następnym etapem podczas Twojego kursu będą szkolenia na wodach otwartych. Podczas tych spotkań będziesz wykonywał, pod czujnym okiem wykwalifikowanego instruktora, ćwiczenia w toni wodnej, zwiększając wraz z kolejnymi zajęciami głębokość nurkowania. Po ukończeniu tego etapu i zaliczeniu wszystkich praktycznych ćwiczeń, będziesz potrafił w bezpieczny i odpowiedzialny sposób wykonywać nurkowania.
EGZAMIN TEORETYCZNY
Kurs Open Water Diver kończy się egzaminem teoretycznym, który wykonasz on-line lub podczas spotkania ze swoim instruktorem.
OPEN WATER DIVER CERTYFICATE
After completing the training, you will receive an international certificate entitling you to dive to a depth of 18m. By presenting it at a diving base, you will be able to rent diving equipment and dive in any corner of the world.
Your certificate will be available online on your individual account in the PSS panel, ensuring that you always have access to it.

If you wish to increase your qualifications and dive deeper, the next diving course allowing you to dive to a depth of 30 meters is the Advanced Open Water Diver.
